Alliance Payment Solutions Pte Ltd (“APS”), based in Singapore, is a Prepaid Card and Digital Payments consulting and program management company. APS was formed to meet the demand for growth of prepaid card solutions in Asia-Pacific, Middle-East & Africa.

APS does not travel back and forth and manage engagements from Europe or the US. We are here in Asia with actual "hands on" experience in the market.
APS operates with strategic partners, providing greater access to resources across the payments industry, including general project management, KYC and compliance software providers, marketing, and creative design. These strategic partnerships allow APS access to intellectual property, such as research and analysis, as well as consultants and practitioners with specialized experience throughout the industry. MANAGING DIRECTOR E: brent.diehl@alliance-payment.com Brent Diehl is a leading financial service professional with over 15 years global payments experience, who has launched and managed numerous consumer and business focused prepaid and mobile financial programs on six continents. Most recently Brent was Global Chief Business Officer for Crypto.com, where he was responsible for all non-HQ market P&Ls, launched and managed the world's largest global prepaid cryptocurrency card program, and responsible for all fiat channels and banking / non-financial institution relationships. Brent opened 12 regional offices; hired and directly managed all Country and Regional General Managers and teams. Led team responsible for obtaining and maintaining local crypto and fiat licensing. Brent managed all banking and fiat business lines, including fiat on/off ramps, global/local acquiring and all banking relationships and launched and managed the Crypto.com Visa card the World’s largest crypto card available in over 45 countries. Brent was formally the Senior Director for Visa-AP-CEMEA’s prepaid consultancy service, “Visa Prepaid Partner Solutions,” based in Singapore. Brent led the Visa prepaid consultancy group where he provided prepaid consultancy services to over 40 Visa Issuers and Program Managers across the AP-ME & Africa region. Previously, Brent was head of Asia Pacific for prepaid cards at Western Union and led the Western Union’s international payments expansion efforts in developing their international prepaid card strategy. He launched several prepaid programs in Asia Pacific. Additionally, prior to his role as Head of Prepaid – Asia Pacific, Brent led cross-functional/regional teams for Western Union in the US, Europe and Asia to design and begin implementation of prepaid card programs, remittance cards, and gift cards. Prior to Western Union, Brent was head of international payments and multi-cultural initiatives at The Home Depot, where he was responsible for all payment systems and card portfolios outside of the US. In addition, Brent led the launch of the first retail distributed card to card remittance program from Latin America to the US in partnership with MasterCard. |
